About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil / Site Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
● Monitor and check construction work quality as per drawings, standards, and safety guidelines
● Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project work. .
● Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers. .
● Verify contractor work, measurements, and assist in preparing BOQ and bills. .
● Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution. .
● Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage. .
● Implement health, safety, and environmental policies at site. .
● Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support as required. .

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
● 0–3 years of experience in site execution, construction supervision, or civil project management.
● Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
● Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and team coordination abilities.
● Willingness to work at project sites.
