About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Estimation Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirements while supporting project teams in budgeting and tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
● Analyze architectural/structural drawings and specifications to determine material requirements.
● Support in preparing tenders, bids, and rate analysis for projects.
● Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors for cost-related inputs.
● Maintain cost records and track project expenses against budgets.
● Assist in value engineering and cost optimization studies.
● Prepare progress measurement reports and assist in billing work.
● Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
● 0–3 years of experience in quantity estimation, billing, or cost control.
● Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tendering.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy, Primavera).
● Strong analytical and numerical skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
● Good communication and teamwork abilities.
